Sometimes finding a family-friendly event during the holidays can be somewhat tricky. Now, with December in full swing, it is time to start figuring out New Year’s Eve plans! Whether you are looking for a way to have fun with friends or want a safe area to bring your kids to, the city of Los Angeles can help you out. Come down to the second annual New Year’s Eve celebration at Grand Park!
This year, there are going to be some improvements to make your New Year experience better than ever. For example, there will be more food vendors, which means more options for you; more bathrooms, which means less time waiting in lines and more time having fun; and more room in the streets, so things aren’t so crowded. This year, there will also be two more live music stages, so you can go to the area that is playing the music that you want to listen to. One of the exciting things about the New Year’s Eve Celebration at Grand Park is that there are incredible projections that are shown on the front of the City Hall building. This year, there will also be projections on the two sides of the building as well, which will only add to the overall experience!
This year, bring family and friends down to the New Year’s Eve celebration at Grand Park! Enjoy live bands, beats from local DJs, and a countdown that will be projected on the front of City Hall, which is 22 stories high! If you get hungry, don’t worry because there will be multiple food vendors along the streets that will keep you full all night. The New Year’s Eve celebration starts at 8 pm, and always, the event is entirely FREE. This year, come down to Grand Park at 210 W. Temple Street for some family-friendly fun. Reserve a room at the Los Angeles Athletic Club to be nearby! We offer plenty of room types, and guests have access to our athletic centers.
